Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of selling new motor vehicles, usable secondhand or used motor vehicles, related new and factory-reconditioned parts and accessories.

Fees: Auto Dealer License = $658.26 Per Year

Information Required with the Auto Dealer License Application:

1. Three passport size [2x2] photographs of the applicant.
   
2. Copy of valid driver's license, or other proof of identification.
   
3. Copy of applicant's social security card.
   
4. State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority
   
5. You must have zoning approval.
   
6. Proof of ownership or leasing (copy of deed/lease).
   
7. Fingerprints
   
8. A Surety Bond in the amount of $1000.00/new and used auto.
   
9. A Map of the premises to be licensed.
