Any type of repairs and/or replacements to all types of gasoline or diesel fuel or electric driven trucks, automobiles or any other type of motor vehicle including motorcycles and motorbikes, which shall include the repair, replacement, fabrication, construction and/or reconstruction of any type of trailer, vehicle or carrier.

Fees: Auto Repair License = $463.20 Per Year

Information Required with the Auto Repair License Application:

1. Three passport size [2x2] photographs of the applicant.
   
2. Copy of valid driver's license, or other proof of identification.
   
3. Copy of applicant's social security card.
   
4. State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority
   
5. You must have zoning approval.
   
6. Proof of ownership or leasing (copy of deed/lease).
   
7. Fingerprints
