The role of the Office of Health Benefits is to process benefit-related services to employees, including:

• Ensure that all eligible employees are enrolled in the plan of their choice and make employee changes as they are reported.


• Inform employees of changes in plans and employee payroll deductions.


• Manage payments made by retirees and COBRA participants.
