Operational and Management Strategic Plan
This study, appropriately titled "Camden First 2010," is a requirement of the Municipal Rehabilitation and Economic Recovery Act. The content of this document is the result of close examination of the City's operation and honest dialog with its employees. Camden First 2010 takes into account past and current completed studies and operations, and clearly defines a framework for our future. When the study's findings are implemented, Camden City Government will have a more efficient organizational structure with trained employees using current technology to better serve the residents of the City of Camden.
