Any person engaged in the business of going from place to place or from house to house carrying for sale and exposure for sale any goods, wares of merchandise, personal service, food, food product or beverage for the purpose of selling and delivering such a good to consumers.

Fees: Peddler License = $430.00 Per Year

Information Required with the Peddler License Application:

  1.   Three passport size [2x2] photographs of the applicant.
  2.   Copy of valid driver's license, or other proof of identification.
  3.   Copy of applicant's social security card.
  4.   Fingerprints
  5.   State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority
  6.   Three photographs of the vending unit - side, front and rear view.
  7.   A Satisfactory Health Certificate (If you are selling food products)
