A store in which the keeper or operator thereof purchases and sells used and secondhand clothing, furniture, appliances, goods, wares and merchandises, where used merchandise comprises at least seventy percent of the total inventory.

Fees: Secondhand Storekeeper License = $580.98 Per Year

Information Required with the Secondhand Storekeeper License:

1. Two passport size [2x2] photographs of the applicant.
2. Copy of valid driver's license, or other proof of identification.
3. Copy of applicant's social security card.
4. State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority
5. You must have zoning approval.
6. Proof of ownership or leasing (copy of deed/lease).
7. Fingerprints
8. A Surety Bond in the amount of $500.00 (secondhand storekeeper)
