A natural person, partnership, corporation, fiduciary, association or other entity owning, operating or conducting the business of disentangling or removing of any type of vehicle, whether operable or inoperable, towing of disabled vehicles and towing of abandoned or unclaimed vehicles.

Fees: Tow Tuck License
  Regular Tow Truck = $231.84
  Flatbeds (per flatbed) = $329.82
  Transfers (per truck) = $43.20

Information Required with Tow Truck License Application:

1. Two passport size [2x2] photographs of the applicant.
2. Copy of valid driver's license, or other proof of identification.
3. Copy of applicant's social security card.
4. State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority
5. Corporation must submit copy of Corporate Papers
6. Registration and Insurance cards
7. Fingerprints
