Fees: Used Tire Business License = $1,012.92 Per Year

Information Required with the Used Tire License Application:

1. Three passport size [2x2] photographs of the applicant.
2. Copy of valid driver's license, or other proof of identification.
3. Copy of applicant's social security card.
4. State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority
5. Fingerprints
6. You must have zoning approval.
7. Proof of ownership or leasing (copy of deed/lease).
