The Administration and the City Council of the City of Camden sought to examine and obtain recommendations as to whether Chapter 181, Alcoholic Beverages, Article I, Licensing and General Regulations, Section 181-7 of the Camden City Code; Location of Retail Premises Limited, should be amended or modified in any way.
Therefore, the Administration and the City Council of the City of Camden appointed an Ad Hoc Committee, called the ABC Ad Hoc Committee, to examine and make recommendations to the Administration and the City Council of the City of Camden as to whether section 181-7 should be amended or modified in any way.
The ABC Ad Hoc Committee issued its initial report and recommendations to the Administration and the City Council of the City of Camden on August 6th and August 13th, 2024.
