The role of the Health Benefits Program; is to provide quality and cost-effective Health Benefits that meet the needs of employees, their dependents and retirees.

  • Ensure that all eligible employees are enrolled in the plan of their choice and make employee changes as they are reported.
  • Inform employees of changes in plans and employee payroll deductions.
  • Manage payments made by retirees and COBRA participants.

As a reminder, the City of Camden’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) remains available for you and your immediate family members. We encourage you to use these services as needed. As always, these services are free and confidential.
