Report Workers Compensation Fraud
The Office of Risk Management is a subdivision of the Office of the City Attorney. Its function is to advise the City Attorney of the existence of casualty risks that might result in legal action against the City, act as an adjunct to the operation of the City’s self-insurance programs, investigate facts and circumstances to determine the scope of damages caused or suffered by the City. Additionally, the Office of Risk Management advises the Business Administrator and Insurance Commission in regarding the purchase of insurance coverage.
